商標登録料を納付後は、以下の流れで進みます。
1. 設定登録
登録料納付から1 週間以内に、設定登録がなされます。 この時点で商標権が発生します。
2. 登録証
約 3 ヶ月以降、特許庁から届いた商標登録証（紙）を郵送いたします。 登録証には登録日と登録番号が記載されています。
* 登録証を紛失した場合、手数料を払えば再発行できま す。
この郵送手続きをもって、出願代理の業務は終了します。
3. 公報の発行
設定登録の後、2〜3 週間ほどで商標公報が発行されま す。
この公報は、特許庁 HP から誰でも閲覧することができます。
4. 異議申立期間
商標公報の発行後 2 ヶ月間、誰でも商標登録の取り消し を求めることができます。（商標登録異議申立）
異議申立期間を無事に経過すれば、後期登録料納付（5年後）または更新（10年）まで特にメンテナンスは必要ありません。

2. Trademark Certificate
After about three months, you will receive a paper certificate of trademark registration from the Patent Office by mail. The registration certificate will show the date of registration and the registration number.
* If you lose the registration certificate, you can have it reissued with a fee. With this mailing procedure, the work of application representation is completed.
3. Publication
After the registration of the establishment of the trademark, a trademark gazette will be issued in about two to three weeks. This gazette can be viewed by anyone from the JPO website.
4. Opposition Period
During the two months following the publication of the trademark gazette, anyone can request the cancellation of the trademark registration. (Opposition to trademark registration)
