To begin, use the general search or advanced search feature to find your desired product folders. Make sure you are toggled to Products on the top left hand side.

Select your folders by checking the box on the top left of each product.

Navigate to the three dots on the very bottom right of your screen, then select "Download".

You will be prompted to choose your image and video formatting. You may choose multiple if desired.

Click "Download".

After initiating the download, PXM will package the selected items into a zip file and email it to you. Check your email inbox for the download link. Upon clicking the link, the zip file will be downloaded to your computer.

Locate the downloaded zip file on your computer and unzip it by double-clicking (for macs). Inside the unzipped folder, you'll find subfolders corresponding to the product folder(s) you selected.

Within each subfolder, you'll find the digital assets, such as images and videos, as well as the product information stored in Excel format. You can easily navigate through the folders to access the specific files and information you need. The digital assets and product details are organized for easy reference and offline access.
