At Amutri, your feedback matters. Every issue is treated with care by our dedicated Customer Success team.

Message us via Intercom

The fastest way to reach us is through the Intercom chat. Just click the chat icon at the bottom-right corner of your screen to start a conversation. Youโ€™ll be asked for your email so we can follow up, even if you close your browser.

Note: If you're an enterprise customer using a private environment, Intercom might be disabled for security reasons. In that case, email is the best way to reach us.

Reporting an Issue

When reporting a bug, please include:

  • The email linked to your Amutri account

  • The exact time and date the issue occurred

  • What you were trying to do

  • What happened (screenshots are very helpful!)

This helps us diagnose and fix the issue as quickly as possible.
