Being responsive is key to increasing your close rate. We've created tools to help keep your Lead Board organized, which will ultimately help you respond to new customers as quickly as possible. Here are some tips we recommend to help keep your leads organized.
Tip #1 - Update the status of every lead
Each time you interact with a lead, update the status. Options include: Contact & Qualify, Initial, Selling, In Progress, Closed - Won Job, and Closed - Did Not Win Job.
Keeping lead statuses updated as you contact consumers ensures that you can prioritize who needs follow-ups at a glance.
Tip #2: Sort your lead board
At the top of your Leads tab in the Angi Pro Leads app, you can click the View: All Active or Sort by: Newest dropdown menus to sort your leads by status or date. This can help you quickly locate a specific lead and visualize your leads in your preferred order.
Tip #3: Add notes about each lead
When you select a specific lead from your Leads tab and scroll down past the details, you’ll see a section labeled Notes. You can click the blue plus sign on this section to enter any notes you have about the job. These will only be visible on your end, and will not be shared with the consumer. This is a great way to keep track of any details you need to remember before a job is finished.
