How to Respond to Consumer Reviews in the Angi for Pros site

Let consumers know you care by responding to their reviews (Desktop)

One of the most effective customer service tactics is responding to your consumer reviews. 

Responding to Consumer Reviews

  1. Go to the Angi for Pros site and sign in.

  2. Hover over Reviews in the header, then choose All reviews in the menu. 

3. Scroll down to your recent reviews. Click the Respond button under the review you would like to address, and add your comments.

4. Once you’ve responded to your customer’s review, it will either post immediately or go into a pending status to be reviewed by a member of our team. Once reviewed, the response will post on the website.
