How to Respond to Consumer Reviews

Let consumers know you care about their feedback by responding to their reviews.

One of the most effective customer service tactics is responding to your consumer reviews. This shows consumers that you value their feedback and that you care about the reputation of your company.

Angi for Pros site:

  1. Sign into the Angi for Pros site.

  2. At the top of the page, hover over Reviews, and then click on All reviews.

  3. Scroll to the review on which you would like to post a response. Click the Comment on this review link under the lead details.

  4. Enter your comments in the free text field provided, and then click the Add Your Comments button to submit.

  5. If you notice that your comment is in a pending status, it just needs to be reviewed by a member of our team. Once reviewed, the response will be posted.


Angi Leads Pro app:

  1. Sign into the Angi Leads Pro app.

  2. Tap on the Reviews tab at the bottom of the screen.

  3. Tap See reviews.

  4. Select the review on which you would like to post a response.

  5. Tap Add a Comment at the bottom of the review details.

  6. Enter your review comment in the free text field provided. Tap SAVE in the top right corner.

  7. If you notice that your comment is in a pending status, it just needs to be reviewed by a member of our team. Once reviewed, the response will be posted.
