Understanding and managing your lead volume is an important step in being successful with Angi Leads. You can manage your lead volume and budget by adjusting your services and tasks, service locations, and monthly lead budget. You can also pause your leads and adjust your coverage to a short-term option. See below for details on each of these methods for managing your lead flow.

Check your services and tasks and service locations

  • If it appears that you’re receiving incorrect leads, first confirm that your services and tasks and service locations are set up correctly.

  • You can modify them as needed in the Angi Leads Pro app or on the Angi for Pros site to ensure you’re receiving exactly the kinds of leads you want.

  • You can also adjust your services and tasks and/or service locations to cast a wider (or smaller) net for leads as needed.

Note: If you believe you received a lead in error, you may qualify for a lead credit. Simply submit a credit request from the Angi Leads Pro app or on the site, send us a chat message, or call Customer Care at (877) 947-3639 to assist.

Keep track of your monthly budget

  • Your monthly budget is the estimated dollar amount that you would like Angi to try to meet when sending you leads.

  • Your monthly budget is not meant to be a hard cap, but rather an estimated monthly spending goal.

  • Keep track of these targets and adjust them as needed to stay on top of your lead flow.

Note: Appointments (Instant Booking), Instant Connect Calls, and Opportunity Leads are charged outside of your monthly budget.

Enable short-term coverage (busy coverage)

  • If you’re too busy to take on certain types of work, you can turn your profile to your short-term coverage (aka busy coverage).

  • Changing this setting reduces the tasks and ZIP code coverage you offer, presenting fewer options than your standard coverage. This allows you to choose the types of leads you do and don’t want to receive right now.

Note: You'll need to call or chat to initially get your short-term coverage set up on your account. Once that's done, you'll be able to manage this setting in the Angi for Pros site.

Pause your leads

  • If you’d like to take a break, you can pause leads by changing your settings in the Angi Leads Pro app or Angi for Pros site, sending us a chat message, or by calling Customer Care at (877) 947-3639.

  • You can pause your leads for up to two weeks in the app or on the website.
