In order to transition a dependant account into an individual account, the dependant must be over 13 years old and must not have any active requests. If the dependant meets this criteria, please follow the steps below to convert their account.
Select the Patient Management tab and then the Patient Search section
Search for the relevant patient by the NHS number or email address
3. Click the pencil icon and select the convert to independent account tickbox
