Resetting/Deleting a Patient Account

A guide on how to reset or delete a patient account

To reset a patient account you can use the support chat within the Anima app:

  • Choose "Contact us", then "Send us a message".

  • Select "Triage - Reset/Delete Patient".

  • Have the patient's full name (including any middle names) and NHS number ready.

  • Follow the prompts to request a reset or deletion.

Once you receive confirmation that the account has been reset, you’ll be able to register the patient again as usual.
