If the SynthaceHub installer tells you that .NET Framework is not installed, download it from Microsoft’s website.

Version 4.8

Warning: Gilson does not permit its customers to install third party software (e.g., SynthaceHub) on the tablet that it includes with the PIPETMAX®.

Device vendor software

The computer on which you install SynthaceHub requires another piece of software. We call this the device vendor software. When you run an execution on a device, SynthaceHub sends the execution to the device vendor software, and the device vendor software communicates with the device.

Example: When you run an execution on a Tecan Freedom EVO®, SynthaceHub sends the execution to Freedom EVOware®, and Freedom EVOware® communicates with the device.

This means that, in addition to SynthaceHub, you also need to install the device vendor software on the computer that is physically connected to the device, so the computer must also meet the minimum hardware and software specifications that the device vendor software requires.
