After successfully simulating your workflow, it is time to execute. To learn more about how to build a multi-mode execution workflow, click here. To learn more about how to navigate the simulation preview for multi-mode execution workflows, click here.
Start Execution
Once you are finished simulating your workflow, click on start execution.
Execute
On the execute tab, access and download the device or read instructions for each stage. Beside each stage contains either a “Download Instructions” button (for dispensers) or “Read Instructions” button for viewing manual instructions.
Mark manual and dispenser stages as complete in order to track workflow progress. Add an optional comment to provide context for the executed stage.
For reference, navigate to the stage preview or plate setup timepoints before executing by click on either “Stage preview” or “Plate setup”. This will bring you back to the Simulation details page.
For SynthaceHub-operated devices like plate readers, schedule the execution and execute via SynthaceHub. Once completed, the stage will be automatically marked as complete.
Results
On the results tab, upload data files from your execution (plate reader files) when appropriate and start analyzing your data in Synthace. To learn more about manually uploading data files to Synthace, click here. If your plate reader is connected via SynthaceHub, Synthace will automatically upload, align and structure data from your execution. To learn more, click here.
