Answer
Use Reactivate User in ANVL Insights to restore access for someone who was previously inactive. This lets the person sign in again without creating a new account.
Steps
Open ANVL Insights.
Go to Users.
Search for the user you want to reactivate.
Look for the inactive user shown in light gray.
Select the checkbox next to the user’s name.\
Select Modify.
Select Reactivate User
Select Agree to confirm.
Confirm the user's name appears in black text, not light gray.
Additional Details
Reactivation must be done from the Users tab in ANVL Insights.
You must have permission to modify users to complete this action.
After reactivation, the user can sign in again right away.
