🧭Before You Start (Important)

  • You must have Business Administrator access

  • Admin actions apply immediately to live users and sites

  • Changes made in the Admin Portal may impact access, workflows, and reporting


🎯Why This Matters

The ANVL Admin Portal is where organization-level administration occurs.

Accessing the Admin Portal is required to:

  • Manage users and Groups across the organization

  • Assign Special Rights

  • Perform bulk user and Group actions

Administrative actions cannot be performed from the mobile app.


⏱️When to Do This

  • You need to manage users or Groups at the organization level

  • You need to assign or review Special Rights

  • You are performing bulk user or Group actions


🛠️Steps

  1. Log in to ANVL Manager (insights.anvl.com)

  2. Select the Welcome, [Your Name] menu

  3. Select Admin Portal

✅What You Should See

  • The ANVL Admin Portal opens in a new view

  • The User Management page is displayed by default

  • Navigation tabs for Groups, bulk actions, and configuration are available

  • Changes made in the Admin Portal take effect immediately
