Bulk User Creation allows Business Administrators to create multiple user accounts at once using a CSV upload in the ANVL Admin Portal.
This method supports large-scale onboarding, migrations, and rollout activities while improving consistency and reducing manual errors. Bulk uploads overwrite data per column, so blank values may replace existing data.
Answer
Business Administrators can upload a properly formatted CSV file in the Admin Portal to create multiple users simultaneously. All required fields must be completed and validated before submission.
Steps
Open the ANVL Admin Portal.

Download the provided CSV template.
Enter one row per user, completing all required fields.
Refer to User Fields Reference for field definitions and formatting requirements.
Save the file as a .csv file.
Upload or drag and drop the file into the Bulk User Creation tool.
Review the data in the validation table.
Correct any issues directly in the table, if needed, and select Save.
