Core Group Fields
Field | Description |
Group ID | Unique identifier used for user access, bulk actions, and reporting. |
Group Name | Site name displayed to users across ANVL. |
Organization | Organization the Group belongs to. |
Time Zone | Controls workflow timing, notifications, and reporting cutoffs. |
Status | Indicates whether the Group is active or inactive (if applicable). |
Group Metadata & Tags
Field / Tag | Description |
Tags | Key:value metadata used for reporting and hierarchy. |
groupType | Required tag. Used for reporting and workflow deployment logic. |
Region / Division / Operating Group | Optional tags used for hierarchy and rollups. |

Group Configuration Fields
Field | Description |
Workflow Categories | Required. Must exist before workflow templates can be deployed. |
Work Item Categories | Categories for Work Items (Work-First orgs only). |
Emergency Contact Fields | Emergency name and number for the site, if configured. |
Notification & Timing Fields | Group-level thresholds and digest timing (if enabled). |
