Edit Group (Site) information directly in the Group Management table to update site details and configuration.

Display name for the site

Time Zone

Must remain valid IANA format

Emergency Name

Site emergency contact name

Emergency Phone

Site emergency contact number

Tags

Metadata used for reporting and hierarchy

Assessment Timeout

Time before in-progress workflows become incomplete

Assessment Add Note Timeout

Time allowed to add notes after completion

Assessment Watch Threshold

“Yellow” threshold for Daily Digest

Assessment Warn Threshold

“Red” threshold for Daily Digest


Steps: Edit Group Information

  1. Open Group Management in the ANVL Admin Panel.

  2. Locate the Group you want to update.

  3. Click directly into the editable field.

  4. Enter the updated value.

  5. Select Save.
