Steps: Bulk Group Creation
Open the ANVL Admin Panel
Navigate to Bulk Group Creation
Download the provided CSV template
Enter one row per Group (Site), completing required fields [Group (Site) Fields Reference]
Save the file as .csv
Upload or drag and drop the CSV file
Review the rows in the validation table
Correct any issues directly in the table, if needed. Click Save after making changes.
Select Submit to create the Groups.

What Can Be Set During Bulk Group Creation
Group Name
Time Zone
Group Tags (including required

Watch Out For…
New Groups do not inherit Workflow Categories or Work Item Categories from existing Groups. These items must be created for all new groups:

If your organization uses ANVL integrated with other Benchmark Gensuite applications, editing Group (Site) details may require updates to site mappings.
