⚠️ Caution: Deleting a Workflow Category

Deleting a Workflow Category requires advance preparation to prevent orphaned or inaccessible workflows.

Before deleting a Workflow Category, you must complete all of the following:

  1. Re-publish all workflows currently assigned to the category into a different Workflow Category
→ See Publish Workflows to a New Group or Category.

  2. Submit a Support request to have all workflows in the category archived.

    • Do not proceed until Support confirms archiving is complete.

  3. Proceed with deletion only after:

    • All workflows have been re-published, and

    • Support has confirmed archiving.

Steps: Delete a Workflow Category

Once all prerequisites are complete:

  1. Open Group Management in the ANVL Admin Panel.

  2. Use filters or search to locate the Group to edit.
