Work Item Categories are managed in the Admin Portal and appear to end users as Categories when creating or editing Work Folders. You must have Business Administrator access and confirm your organization is configured as Work-First before making changes. Workflow-First organizations display a single “Workflow First” category, which should not be edited.
Changes apply immediately and affect how end users categorize Work Folders.
