Modifying or Inactivating a Team
Go to "Users" at insights.anvl.com and find "Teams"
Select the checkbox next to the Team you'd like to modify.
Teams can be updated by selecting the team and clicking Modify to:
Add or remove users
Update the team name
Teams can also be inactivated if they are no longer needed
Assignment Behavior:
When a user is removed from a Team or loses access to the Group the Team belongs to, any active or scheduled team-based assignments for that user are automatically removed
Inactivating a Team will prevent it from being used in future assignments, but existing assignments will follow standard assignment lifecycle rules
Note:
Assignment updates are handled automatically—no manual cleanup required
Remaining team members are unaffected and retain their assignments
