Answer
Use Teams in ANVL Insights to update the team name, add or remove people, or inactivate a team that is no longer needed.
Steps
Open ANVL Insights.
Go to Users.
Select Teams.
Select the checkbox next to the team you want to update.
Select Modify.
Update the team name or add or remove team members as needed.
Save your changes.
If you need to inactivate a team
Open Users > Teams.
Select the checkbox next to the team.
Select the option to inactivate the team.
Save your changes.
Additional Details
If someone is removed from a team, or loses access to the Group the team belongs to, any active or scheduled team assignments for that person are removed automatically.
Inactivating a team prevents it from being used for future assignments.
Existing assignments continue to follow the normal assignment lifecycle.
Remaining team members are not affected and keep their assignments.
