Use Manage Schedules in ANVL Insights to update how future recurring assignments are created. This is useful when you need to change the frequency, assignees, number of workflows, date range, or expiration settings for an existing schedule.
Changes to a schedule apply to future assignments only. Assignments that were already created are not updated or removed.
Steps
Open ANVL Insights.
Go to Assignments.
Select Manage Schedules.
Find and open the schedule you want to update.
Update the schedule settings as needed, such as:
Frequency
Assignee(s)
Number of workflows
Work Folder, if used
Date range
Expiration settings
Save the changes.
Additional Details
Changes apply only to assignments created after the schedule is updated.
Assignments already created by the schedule remain active unless you remove them manually from the Assignments page.
Updating a schedule does not clean up or delete previously created assignments. If you need to remove previously created assignments, you can do that from the Assignments page.
