Use Schedules in ANVL Insights to automatically create recurring assignments on a set cadence. This is useful when the same workflow needs to be assigned repeatedly, such as daily, weekly, monthly, or on another recurring schedule.
Steps
Open ANVL Insights.
Go to Assignments.
Select Manage Schedules.
Select Create Schedule to add a new recurring assignment.
Enter the schedule details.
Select Create Schedule or save your changes.
Configure the schedule
Choose the Frequency:
Daily
Weekday only
Weekly
Monthly
Quarterly
Annually
Set the number of workflows to assign each cycle.
Select one or more assignees.
Add a Work Folder if needed.
Set the date range for how long the schedule should run.
Choose Create Assignment Now if you want the first assignment created immediately.
Choose Expire on Due Date if late submissions should not be allowed.
Review the results
Return to Manage Schedules to confirm the schedule appears.
Verify assignments are being created based on the schedule.
Confirm assignees receive assignment notifications as expected.
Additional Details
One schedule can generate many assignments over time.
Changes to a schedule affect future assignments, not ones already created.
Expired assignments cannot be submitted late.
