Assignment schedules are recurring assignment rules in ANVL Insights that automatically create assignments on a set cadence. Use them when the same workflow needs to be assigned repeatedly, such as daily, weekly, monthly, or on another recurring schedule.
Steps
Open ANVL Insights.
Go to Assignments.
Select Manage Schedules.
Review existing schedules or select Create Schedule to add a new one.
Set the schedule details, including frequency, assignees, date range, and other options.
Save the schedule.
Additional Details
Schedules are useful for recurring compliance, inspection, or routine work.
Changes to a schedule affect future assignments, not ones already created.
