Answer

Access to ANVL Power BI reports is permission-based. To view the reports, you need:

  • a Power BI Pro license

  • access approved by your organization

  • access to the ANVL Power BI workspace

If your organization uses row-level security, your access may also be limited to specific sites, regions, or parts of the business.

Steps

  1. Confirm you have a Power BI Pro license.

  2. Check with your internal IT team or administrator if you are unsure.

  3. Open Power BI with your work Microsoft account if you want to verify whether your license is active.

  4. Confirm with your internal administrator that access to ANVL Power BI reports is appropriate for your role.

  5. Open the ANVL Help Center.

  6. Select the ANVL icon.

  7. Submit a support request for Power BI access.

  8. Wait for the access update to be completed.

Important notes

  • The free Power BI tier does not allow access to ANVL Power BI reports.

  • ANVL reports are hosted outside your organization’s own Power BI environment, which is why Power BI Pro is required.

  • Some users may have row-level security, which limits what data they can see.

  • Access updates are typically handled on a scheduled cycle, not always immediately.
