Answer
Use Inactivate User in Users to remove someone’s access to ANVL while keeping their historical workflow and reporting data. Once inactivated, the user can no longer sign in.
Steps
Open ANVL Insights.
Go to Users.
Search for the user you want to inactivate.
Select the checkbox next to the user’s name.
Select Modify > Inactivate User.
Select Agree to confirm.
Additional Details
The user’s name will appear in light gray after the account is inactive.
If you receive the error One or More Users Are Supervisors, first update any users who currently have that person assigned as their supervisor. Then disable that person’s ANVL Insights (ANVL Web) access before trying to inactivate the account again.
