Some users cannot be inactivated right away.
If a user has a phone number and ANVL Web (Insights) access, ANVL classifies them as a Supervisor.
To proceed, update their profile first.
Step 1 — Open the user profile
Go to Users in Insights.
Search for the user.
Check the box to the left of their name.
Click Modify → Modify User.
Step 2 — Remove the Supervisor criteria
You must remove either:
The phone number, OR
The Web Access (Insights) toggle.
Important: Select "Update" in the top right corner to save the changes.
Step 3 — Inactivate the user
Return to the Users tab.
Select the user again.
Click Modify → Inactivate User.
Select Agree.
The user’s name will appear in light gray once inactivated.
