How do I reactivate a user?

Need to reactivate someone after some time away from your location? These steps will help!

In Anvl for Web, supervisors can review account information for all users. This includes username, email, phone number, and notification settings.

To reactivate a user

  1. Go to the Users tab

  2. Search for a user’s using the search bar and select the blue box to the left of their name.

  3. Click the Modify button and select Reactivate User

  4. Refresh Users page to confirm change

5. We recommend asking the user to log out and back in to see the changes reflected on their account.
