How Do I Reactivate a User in ANVL?

If a user previously inactivated needs access again, you can reactivate their account from the Users tab in ANVL Manager. This resolves errors such as “user is inactive” or “user is disabled.” You must have access to manage users in ANVL Web.


Answer

Supervisors or Site-Level Admins with access to the Users tab can reactivate a user by selecting Reactivate User from the Modify menu.


Steps

  1. Log in to ANVL Insights.

  2. Go to the Users tab.

  3. Search for the user(s) using the search bar.

  4. Select the checkbox to the left of each user's name to reactivate.

  5. Click Modify → Reactivate User.

  6. Select Agree.

  7. Refresh the Users page to confirm the change.

  8. Ask the user to log out and log back in to ensure access is restored properly.
