My supervisor can't see my work

Is your work not viewable to your supervisor? These steps will help.

The Anvl app captures all your work. The work is uploaded only when connected to the internet. Connect to the internet at least once a week to let your work upload. This will make sure your supervisor can see it.

Are you offline?

Anvl works when are you aren't connected to the internet. If there is a yellow bar at the bottom of the screen you are offline. Connect to the internet to make sure your work is uploaded.

If the bar at the bottom of your screen is gray, you are connected to the internet. Leave Anvl open to make sure your work is uploaded.

DO NOT "force close" the app to troubleshoot this issue. Doing this may accidentally delete your workflows when in offline mode.

Connecting your device

You do not need internet to use Anvl. Connect weekly to a strong mobile signal or WiFi network to make sure your work is uploaded.
