Steps
Step 1: Check for Android System Updates
Open Settings.
Tap Software update.
Tap Download and install.
Tap Download, then Install now (if available).
After the update completes, fully power down your device.
Turn the device back on.
Test the camera again in a new workflow.
Step 2: Force Stop the Camera App
Open Settings.
Tap Apps.
Tap All Apps (if applicable).
Select Camera.
Tap Force Stop.
Confirm by tapping OK.
Open ANVL and test photo capture in a new workflow.
Step 3: Disable and Re-enable the Camera App
Open Settings.
Tap Apps.
Tap All Apps.
Select Camera.
Tap Disable.
Confirm by tapping Disable App.
Wait a few seconds.
Tap Enable.
Open ANVL and test the camera again in a new workflow.
