How do I add photos from my device to a workflow?

If you need to attach previously taken photos to a workflow, you can upload images directly from your device’s gallery — if the workflow is configured to allow media uploads.

Answer

On workflow questions that support media uploads, use the Add Media option to select photos or videos from your device’s gallery.

Steps

  1. Open the workflow you are completing.

  2. Navigate to the question that allows media upload.

  3. Tap Add Media.

  4. Select one of the following options:

    • Add Photo from Media

    • Add Video from Media

  5. Choose the file from your device’s gallery.

  6. Confirm your selection to attach it to the workflow.

The media will be saved as part of the workflow record.

Additional Details

  • Media upload availability is determined at the workflow level by your organization’s leadership.

  • Not all workflows or questions will allow photo or video uploads.

  • Uploaded images and videos become part of the permanent, time-stamped workflow record.

  • You can also add photos later by using the Add a Note feature on eligible completed workflows.
