Accessing the Manager Dashboard
You can access the Manager Dashboard by:
Opening the Apps page in Benchmark Gensuite
Selecting ANVL (ANVL Insights)
Going to insights.anvl.com
The dashboard uses your existing group and site hierarchy from Benchmark Gensuite.
Live Feed (Primary View)
The Live Feed is where most users spend their time.
It provides real-time visibility into frontline activity:
View completed and in-progress workflows
Filter by date, site, user, workflow, or status
Export data as CSV
Identify items needing follow-up
Each workflow is fully time- and date-stamped.
Workflow Review & Follow-Up
From the Live Feed, managers can open any workflow to:
Review all responses, photos, and details
Export workflows as PDFs
Message frontline workers directly
Mark workflows as Reviewed (visible to frontline users)
The Reviewed status helps reinforce that frontline input is being seen and acted on.
Corrective Actions & ATS Integration
When issues are identified, managers can create Corrective Actions directly from a workflow.
Start an action from a specific question or finding
Log actions into Benchmark Gensuite Action Tracking System (ATS)
Automatically link actions back to the original workflow
Track action status directly from the Live Feed
This allows managers to decide whether to resolve issues locally or formally track them in ATS.
Analytics & ANVL Insights
The Analytics section provides high-level visibility into trends and leading indicators.
ANVL Insights surfaces key issues, evidence, and recommendations
Designed for quick review by site and regional leaders
Can refresh weekly or monthly
Supports organization-wide views
Links to Power BI or other reporting tools may also be available, depending on configuration.
Assignments
Managers create and manage assignments from the dashboard.
Create one-time assignments
Schedule recurring assignments (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.)
Assign by user, role, or site

Frontline users receive notifications and complete assignments in the mobile app.
Vault (Content Library)
The Vault is where managers manage content shared with frontline teams.
Upload files or links
Assign content to one or more sites or groups
Distribute documents such as floor plans, procedures, or job aids
Frontline users access Vault content in read-only mode.
Users & Preferences
Depending on your setup, managers may also:
Add or edit users
Manage permissions and notifications
Configure personal notification preferences (daily summaries, stop-work alerts, etc.)
Organizations with HR integrations may use this less frequently.
