What are Anvl Actions?

Anvl Actions enable supervisors, managers, and safety leaders to take action to resolve issues identified by frontline workers. It also ensures manager accountability by tracking whether or not issues identified were addressed.

Key Features

  • Open, Review, and Resolve issues in real time with Anvl.

  • Review, document, and assign follow up actions

  • Close the communication loop with frontline workers

  • Hold supervisors and managers accountable

  • Store & track over time to drive continuous improvement

CSSNA Expectations for Closing and Reviewing Open Actions

Managers are expected to review and resolve an action within a reasonable amount of time. This ensures that all potential or verified safety concerns identified using the JSAs are mitigated and controlled.

  • Interventions: Must be reviewed within 48 hours

  • Flag: Must respond within the hour and closed that day

  • Stop: Required immediate action and all stops are expected to be mitigated/addressed within the hour from action start to close

How it Works

Utilize Live Feed to easily access your Open, In Review, and Closed Anvl Actions at any time. This gives a quick, summary view of what is going on at your site and can be filtered to easily identify what issues need to be addressed and which have been addressed. Select an individual workflow if you want to dig in further to see an issue that was identified.

Simply select the Stop, Intervention, or Flag icons within a workflow on the Manager Dashboard to start an Action. This opens a thread documenting your progress towards resolving the issue. Easily add photos, and tag other employees to participate in the solution.

Once an issue is resolved, simply “Close” the action. Upon closure, the icon will turn green indicating the completion of the Action.
