If you need to add information after completing a workflow, you can add a note to the completed record.
Steps
Select the completed workflow.
Tap Add a Note.
Enter the note and attach photos if needed.
Submit the note.
Additional Details
Completed workflows cannot be edited.
Notes are time-stamped and become part of the workflow record.
Add a Note is only available on workflows configured to allow notes.
Add a Note is only available for a limited time after completion, based on your site’s Business Administrator settings.
If you do not see Add a Note, the note window may have expired or the workflow may not allow notes.
