How do I edit or add details to a completed workflow?

If you need to add additional details after completing a workflow, you can use the Add a Note feature. This is helpful when conditions change or you want to document a change after completion.

If you need to add information after completing a workflow, you can add a note to the completed record.


Steps

  1. Select the completed workflow.

  2. Tap Add a Note.

  3. Enter the note and attach photos if needed.

  4. Submit the note.

Additional Details

  • Completed workflows cannot be edited.

  • Notes are time-stamped and become part of the workflow record.

  • Add a Note is only available on workflows configured to allow notes.

  • Add a Note is only available for a limited time after completion, based on your site’s Business Administrator settings.

  • If you do not see Add a Note, the note window may have expired or the workflow may not allow notes.
