How do I clear the ANVL app cache on Android?

If the ANVL app is stuck on the loading screen for more than a few minutes, clearing the app’s cache may resolve the issue. Note: These steps apply only to Android devices (e.g., Samsung, LG, Google).

Clear the ANVL app cache through your Android device’s app settings.


Steps

  1. Open your device’s Settings.

  2. Tap Apps.

  3. Scroll to and select ANVL.

  4. Tap Storage.

  5. Tap Clear Cache.

If the issue persists:

  1. Tap Clear Storage (or Clear Data).

  2. Confirm the action if prompted.

Reopen the ANVL app and log in again if required.


Additional Details

  • Clear Cache removes temporary files and does not delete your account.

  • Clear Storage/Data resets the app and may log you out.

  • Ensure your workflows are fully synced before clearing storage to avoid losing unsent offline data.
