Answer

Assignments are workflows that are assigned to one or more people to complete. They are commonly used for required work, scheduled checks, follow-up activities, and other tasks that need to be completed by a specific person or group.

Assignments help managers and supervisors direct work, track completion, and make sure important workflows are completed on time.

Steps

  1. Open ANVL Insights.

  2. Go to Assignments.

  3. Review existing assignments and their status.

  4. Open an assignment to review details such as the workflow, assignee, due date, and completion status.

Additional Details

  • Assignments can be used for one-time work or required tasks.

  • Assigned users can see and complete assignments in Frontline Operations (ANVL Workflows).

  • For recurring assignments, use Schedules instead of creating one-time assignments manually.

  • Assignment statuses can show whether the work is not started, in progress, completed, or past due.
