Store Content in the Vault

Upload and manage site-specific documents and links in the Vault.

Why It Matters

  • The Vault is the site-level document library for users

  • Content is shared based on site (Group) assignment

  • Ensures users have access to current, approved resources


When to Do This

  • Sharing site procedures or reference documents

  • Providing links to internal or external resources

  • Updating site-specific documentation


Steps

  1. Log in to ANVL Manager (insights.anvl.com).

  2. Select Vault from the top navigation.

  3. Select Add.

  4. Choose Upload File or Add Link.

  5. Enter a clear Resource Name.

  6. Upload the file or paste the link URL.

  7. Select the site (Group) that should have access.

  8. Select Add to Vault.

    Upload a file to the Vault.

Watch Out For…

  • Vault content is site-specific

  • Content is only available online

  • Users outside the selected site will not see the content

  • Supported File Types

    • Images: JPEG, PNG

    • Video: MOV, MP4

    • Documents: PDF, DOCX

    • Spreadsheets: XLSX, CSV

    • Presentations: PPTX

    • Links: External URLs
      Some internal or restricted links may not be supported


What You Should See

  • Content listed in the Vault

  • Content visible to users assigned to the site

  • Content accessible in:

    • ANVL Manager

    • ANVL Mobile App
