Steps
Log in to ANVL Manager (
insights.anvl.com).Select Vault from the top navigation.
Select Add.
Choose Upload File or Add Link.
Enter a clear Resource Name.
Upload the file or paste the link URL.
Select the site (Group) that should have access.
Select Add to Vault.
Upload a file to the Vault.
Add a link to the Vault.
Watch Out For…
Vault content is site-specific
Content is only available online
Users outside the selected site will not see the content
Supported File Types
Images: JPEG, PNG
Video: MOV, MP4
Documents: PDF, DOCX
Spreadsheets: XLSX, CSV
Presentations: PPTX
Links: External URLs
Some internal or restricted links may not be supported
