How to Store Content in the Vault: Anvl's Document Storage Feature
The Vault is your go-to place for securely storing and managing important documents, files, and links within the Anvl Manager Dashboard.
Step 1: Log in to the Manager Dashboard
Start by logging in to the Manager Dashboard at insights.anvl.com.
Step 2: Navigate to the Vault
Once logged in, locate the top menu and click on Vault to access the document storage area.
Step 3: Add New Content
To add new content, click the blue Add button. You’ll have the option to either upload a file or add a link.
Step 4: Upload a File or Link
Use the menu at the top of the Add Content window to select Upload File (PDF, PowerPoint, etc.) or upload a Link:
Click on File upload or paste in a Link URL and select the file from your device.
Add a Resource Name that clearly labels the file and lets users know what it's for.
Select the Group or Groups to which you want to distribute the content.
Click Add to Vault.
Your uploaded file will now be accessible to all users, both in the Manager Dashboard and the Mobile App.
Just like files, links added to the Vault will be available to all designated users.
Modify Content
Select the check box to the left of the content and click Modify > Modify content. Make changes to the Resource name and/or the file or link. Select Update Content.

The following formats are supported in the Vault:
