If you have returned an item and received a partial refund, the refund will first be used to cover any outstanding installments. Any remaining amount will then be refunded to your payment card.
When you are waiting for a refund
The refund is processed by the store where you purchased the item.
Once the store has approved the return, the amount will be sent back to the payment card you used for the purchase.
It may take up to 1-3 business days for the money to appear in your account.
If you are unsure about the status of your refund, you can contact the store directly for more details.
Note: The refund will also appear in your Anyday account, so you can see when the amount has been processed.
