When you receive a refund from a store, your future installments will be automatically canceled, and the installments you have already paid will be refunded to your payment card. It may take 1-3 business days for the money to appear in your account.
If you have only returned part of the items, the refund will first be used to cover any outstanding installments. If there is any remaining amount, it will be automatically refunded to your payment card.
What happens if my card is no longer active?
If the card used for the purchase is no longer active (closed, replaced, expired), Anyday will still issue the refund to the original card.
In most cases, the bank approves the refund and routes it to the correct account β even if the card itself is no longer active.
If your bank cannot locate the refund, they should contact Anyday support. Anyday can provide an RRN (Retrieval Reference Number), which you can then share with your bank to help them trace the refund.
If the bank rejects the refund entirely, Anyday will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method (e.g., direct bank transfer).
