When you place an order, the order amount will be reserved on your Anyday account, and the first installment will be reserved on your active payment card.
Only when the store completes the order will we charge the first installment to your active payment card. From this point, the payment plan will also be visible on your Anyday account. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the order is completed.
The remaining order amount will be credited to your Anyday balance for installments according to the payment plan.
When does my payment plan start?
The payment plan starts as soon as the store completes the order.
If the order is completed between the 1st and the 16th, the next payment will be on the last banking day of the current month. If the order is completed between the 17th and the 31st, the next payment will be on the last banking day of the following month.
The remaining installments will occur on the last banking day of the subsequent months.
Why can't I see the payment plan for my new order? If you recently placed an order but cannot see the payment plan on your Anyday account yet, it is usually because the webshop has not yet packed and shipped your items (captured the order). The payment plan only becomes visible on your account the moment the merchant ships the package and deducts the first installment. Until then, your order amount is simply reserved, and you just need to wait until the webshop has processed your order.
