If you want to update your payment card, you can do so through your MyAnyday account.
Follow these steps:
Log in to your MyAnyday account.
In the menu on the left, go to "Payment Cards."
Select "Add New Card."
Enter the new card details and click "Save Card."
Enter the 3D Secure verification code.
Make the card active by checking the box to confirm you accept, then click "Activate Payment Card."
Once the card is added and activated, all future payments will be charged to this card.
You can also add a new card during checkout. On the Payment Details page, click the line with the payment card and follow the same process to add and activate it.
When should I update my card? We recommend that you always add your new card to your account โ even if only the expiration date or CVC number has changed. Although some automatic payments might continue to process in the background, updating your card is the safest way to avoid failed payments.
Important to know
To add and activate a new card, we place a DKK 1 reservation on the card to make sure itโs active.
This reservation will automatically be released within 24 hours.
If the DKK 1 reservation cannot be completed, the new card cannot be added.
