If an automatic payment fails, we will make multiple attempts to process it again—on the same day and the following days (up to the 2nd of the next month).
You will receive both an SMS and an email notifying you that the payment was unsuccessful. Once the payment goes through, you will receive a confirmation email, and the payment will be reflected on your MyAnyday account.
You have up to two days after the initial payment attempt to complete the missed payment before a late fee of DKK 100 is applied. To make the payment manually, simply log in to your Anyday account and click Make a payment, on the Home page. Read more about late fees here.
