What should I do if the store is bankrupt and I’m waiting for a refund?

If you have an order from a store that has gone bankrupt and are waiting for a refund, we can help by putting your account on hold if it is the only store you have purchased from.

If you have multiple orders, unfortunately, we cannot put your account on hold. However, we will try to contact the store to find a solution for your refund.
