At Anyday, we want to make the payout process as smooth as possible for our partners. However, the type of bank account eligible for payouts depends on the legal structure of your business.
Private Bank Account for Payouts
If your business is registered as a Sole Proprietorship (Enkeltmandsvirksomhed) or a Partnership (Interessentskab), you can receive payouts directly to your private personal bank account. This is because these business types are legally tied to the individual owners personally.
Business Bank Account for Payouts
If your business operates under any other legal form—such as a Private Limited Company (Anpartsselskab, ApS), Public Limited Company (Aktieselskab, A/S), Limited Partnership (Kommanditselskab, K/S), or any other company structure—you are required to have payouts made to a bank account registered in the company’s name. This means the bank account must be owned by the business entity itself, not by an individual.
