There are a few reasons why your Anyday orders might not have been paid out yet:
The order hasn’t been captured
All Anyday orders need to be captured - just like the rest of your orders in your backend. If you’re using QuickPay as your payment gateway, you can also capture the orders directly in your QuickPay account.We’re missing KYC documentation
If that’s the case, you’ve received an email about it. You can upload the documents directly to your Anyday account. Read more here.You have a negative balance
If you’ve refunded previous orders, it may result in a negative balance that will be deducted from future payouts.

Payout timing
Payouts are made once a week and will reach your bank account every Thursday. The money usually arrives between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm.
Only orders that have been captured by the previous Sunday at 9:11 pm UTC will be included in the Thursday payout.
