Why don't my orders from Anyday get paid out?

There are a few reasons why your Anyday orders might not have been paid out yet:

  • The order hasn’t been captured
    All Anyday orders need to be captured - just like the rest of your orders in your backend. If you’re using QuickPay as your payment gateway, you can also capture the orders directly in your QuickPay account.

  • We’re missing KYC documentation
    If that’s the case, you’ve received an email about it. You can upload the documents directly to your Anyday account. Read more here.

  • You have a negative balance
    If you’ve refunded previous orders, it may result in a negative balance that will be deducted from future payouts.

Payout timing
Payouts are made once a week and will reach your bank account every Thursday. The money usually arrives between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm.

Only orders that have been captured by the previous Sunday at 9:11 pm UTC will be included in the Thursday payout.
