Logging In to the Anyfin App

Login works differently depending on your country.

Finland & Germany — one-time code

No password needed. Enter the email address you used when applying and we'll send you a 6-digit verification code. Enter the code in the app to log in.

If the code doesn't arrive:

  • Check your spam and promotions folders.

  • Make sure you're using the exact email address registered with Anyfin.

  • Check your internet connection, then restart the app and request a new code.

  • Old codes expire — always use the latest one.

If you still haven't received it after a couple of minutes, contact customer service.

Sweden — BankID

Log in with BankID in the Anyfin app. New customers can set up a profile directly in the app.


Common issues

Using a different email address
Verification codes are only sent to your registered address. Don't create a second account — log in with your original email. To update your address, see the personal information article in your language above.

No access to your registered email (Germany)
Contact us at hallo@anyfin.de with the following details: full name, date of birth, address, old email address, payment reference (shown on your invoice), phone number, and last 4 digits of your IBAN. We'll verify your identity and update your email.

Account locked or deleted
If codes arrive but aren't accepted, your account may be deactivated. Contact us from your registered email address and we'll reactivate it once your identity is verified. Note: you can't submit a new application until your account is active again.
