Address or name
Send us an official document confirming the change (Finland: DVV screenshot showing your new address/name and date of birth; Sweden: document from Skatteverket; Germany: any official confirming document) to your country's support email. We'll update your details and confirm by email.

Sweden: Contact customer service and we'll help you change it.
Germany: You can update your email directly in the app under More ā Personal data. If you no longer have access to your registered email, contact customer service ā we'll send a letter by post with a personal code. Share the code and a photo of the letter once it arrives, and we'll update your address. Allow up to one week for the letter to arrive.
