Bonusing & Matching for Updated Google Reviews
Employees can be matched and auto-bonused for updated Google Reviews
If an employee earns an update to a previously left Google review, you can turn on auto-bonusing and matching if you would like them to be rewarded.
The original review or previous updates to that review can't have a previous match or bonus from Applause tied to that review to be able to match/bonuse the new update
Turn on match and bonus for updated reviews in both Bonuses > settings & Reviews > settings

Users can now filter and customize their reports, and easily share them with their teams.
Saves time: No more reapplying filters every time

This quarter, we made major strides in helping teams measure what matters most and act on it. We expanded Scorecards with features that give teams clearer visibility, stronger alignment, and more control over performance.
Admin Scorecards: A redesigned admin dashboard provides a unified view of your team’s performance. See who’s excelling, who’s falling behind, and drill into detailed metrics to guide coaching, recognize high performers, and make data-driven decisions.
User Groups: Set metrics, expectations, and bonuses by role or location to ensure every employee’s Scorecard reflects their job responsibilities. Maintain consistency across the company while allowing flexibility for local teams.
Metric Library: With over 50 new metrics added, admins can now browse, add, or remove metrics to track what matters most for your business and align Scorecards to your goals.
With these updates, Scorecards make it easier to understand performance, focus on what drives results, and keep your teams motivated, all in one centralized view.

Referral Campaigns
Referral Campaigns make it easier to manage referrals across all channels. Now, all referral efforts, whether in the app, on social media, email, or other platforms, tie back to one central location.

We’ve expanded Applause integrations to give you more data, more visibility, and more control. New and updated integrations include:
Time on Site Metric – now available across most supported integrations
Lytx Driving Software – track driver performance and safety metrics
ServiceTitan API – streamline data flow from your CRM
New Call Center Software Integrations – connect with Dialpad, RingCentral, Talkdesk, and 8x8
These integrations help you centralize key data, improve reporting, and make performance tracking easier than ever.
Mobile Updates: More Flexibility and Control
Give Function Refresh: A redesigned experience makes it easier for employees to give to their peers. New screens were added to make it more clear on how to recognize peers from a company budget or from their own balance.
Mobile Spot Bonuses: Admins can now send one-time spot bonuses directly from the mobile app, making it easier to recognize great work while in the field. This update also introduces bonus budgets and limits, giving admins control over how much each employee can award to peers. Together, these improvements make it simple to drive real-time recognition and foster a stronger culture of appreciation right from your phone.
Lead & Referral Submissions: Service workers can directly submit a lead or referral on behalf of the customer, bypassing the standard customer rate request flow. This new option supports real-world scenarios where a customer verbally expresses interest, shares a referral during their appointment, or in instances when the service worker notices something during the job that they want to provide a lead for. Can be enabled via user permissions “Can submit manual Lead/Referral.”
Cashout Experience: Updated interface with clear visibility into transfer limits for smoother redemptions.
Reviews: More Accuracy, More Control
Manual Review Matching: When a review needs to be matched manually, admins can now select not just the employee, but also the specific job the review applies to. This added context ensures reviews are tied to the correct completed service, helping prevent duplicate review requests and keeping feedback accurate and meaningful.
With these enhancements, managing reviews is faster, clearer, and better connected to the work your team does every day.
