Job Activity Log

Track all job activity with the Job Activity Log

Written by Ruthie Hanna

The Job Activity Log provides a chronological history of all key actions taken on a job. It improves transparency, audit-ability, and clarity around job-level changes by showing exactly what happened, who did it, and when.

It is similar in structure to the Application Activity Log but focused specifically on job-level events.

It’s often hard to know:

  • who last updated a job

  • what changes were made

  • when those changes occurred

The Job Activity Log solves this by providing a clear audit trail of all job activity in one place.

Where to find it

  1. Click on a Job Title to open the Job Details Drawer

  2. It will open on the Job Activity Log tab

What is tracked

The Job Activity Log records the following job-level events, including who made the change and when:

  • Create

  • Duplicate

  • Publish

  • Unpublish

  • Archive

  • Edit (any changes to job fields)

  • Change Owner

  • Make Private

  • Make Public

  • Add Candidates to Job

  • Note Added (includes assignee and due date when available)
