To see which actions are available to complete in bulk on the Candidates page, either click on the top checkbox to select every candidate on the page (up to 100 candidates at once - configure this by selecting the Change View icon on the top right) or select individual candidate check boxes.

Bulk Actions for Unarchived Candidates
The bulk actions that are available for Unarchived Candidates include emailing and texting candidates, updating application statuses, adding or removing candidate tags, moving a candidate's application to a new job, downloading a PDF summary of the candidate's application and archiving candidate applications. Click on the corresponding icon to complete the action in bulk.
