If you're running into any issues with how UpCart is working, please feel free to reach out to us in the chat on the bottom right of the app. We're always happy to help troubleshoot and we always appreciate feedback.
If you're still set on parting ways with us though, all you need to do is uninstall the app; uninstalling the app will automatically cancel your subscription to UpCart.
You can use this link to go directly to your Shopify Admin apps list, scroll downwards to find UpCart in your apps list, click on UpCart and scroll to the bottom of the app page where you can click on the red Delete button.
Step by Step Guide:
If you prefer to not use the above link, please follow the steps below to uninstall instead:
Click on the "Settings" link on the bottom left of your Shopify Admin.
Select the "Apps and Sales Channels" tab on the left side of the screen.
Find UpCart in the list of apps
Hint: You can sort the list Alphabetically from A-Z to find UpCart quicker!
Click on the "Uninstall" button next to UpCart.
Finally, optionally leave us a reason for uninstalling and then click the red "Delete" button!
Rest assured that UpCart doesn't leave any code behind on your store when uninstalled since it is enabled through an app embed.
