How to Configure and Use the QA Type in the At Last Dashboard

Updated this week

The QA (Quality Assurance) Type in the At Last dashboard allows your Customer Service (CS) and warehouse teams to assess the quality of returned items and mark their QA status. This feature ensures that items are accurately evaluated and recorded in the system, helping to maintain high standards of product quality and customer satisfaction.

QA Type Options

You have two QA type options to choose from:

  1. Pass/Fail: A simple binary assessment where items are either marked as "Pass" or "Fail".

  2. Grade A/B/C or Fail: A more detailed assessment where items can be graded as "A," "B," "C," or "Fail".

How to Set QA Type

Follow these steps to configure the QA type in the At Last dashboard:

  1. Navigate to the Configuration Section

    • From the left-hand menu, click on the "Configuration" tab.

    • Select the merchant account you want to configure.

  2. Go to the Advanced Settings

    • In the configuration menu, click on the "Advanced" tab.

  3. Locate the QA Type Setting

    • Scroll down to the section labelled "Additional options."

    • Find the "QA type" dropdown menu.

  4. Select the QA Type

    • Click on the dropdown menu and choose either "Pass / Fail" or "Grade A / B / C or Fail" based on your assessment needs.

  5. Save Changes

    • Click the "Save" button to apply the changes.

Understanding QA Types

  • Pass/Fail: This option allows your team to quickly determine if an item meets quality standards (Pass) or does not (Fail). It’s ideal for straightforward quality checks.

  • Grade A/B/C or Fail: This option provides a more nuanced evaluation, allowing items to be graded based on their condition:

    • Grade A: Items in excellent condition with minimal or no defects.

    • Grade B: Items in good condition with minor defects.

    • Grade C: Items in fair condition with noticeable defects.

    • Fail: Items that do not meet quality standards and cannot be resold.

Implementing QA in Your Workflow

  • CS and Warehouse Team Use: Once the QA type is set, the CS and warehouse teams can use this feature to assess and mark the quality of returned items directly in the dashboard.

  • QA Status Visibility: The QA status will be visible in the relevant sections of the dashboard, ensuring all team members are informed of the item’s condition.

By configuring and using the QA type feature, you can ensure that returned items are accurately assessed, maintaining high-quality standards and improving overall customer satisfaction.
